Terms of service

These terms apply when you use hushandhearth.com or buy from Hush & Hearth, a trading name of Mitchell Parker, ABN 74 423 469 200 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and pricing

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) for Australia, and in NZD, USD or CAD for New Zealand, the USA and Canada. Shipping costs are in our Shipping policy (free on every Australian order).
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, an item becomes unavailable or there's a pricing error), we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. We can change an order only before it's dispatched.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law (and except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
