Free on every Australian order, with tracking. New Zealand NZ$14.95 (free over NZ$150), USA US$19.95 (free over US$100), Canada C$24.95 (free over C$130).
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–3 business days. After dispatch: Australia 7–14 business days, New Zealand 8–16, USA 10–20, Canada 12–22. You'll get a tracking link by email.
Where do your products come from?
We're an online-only store run from Australia. We don't make our products: they come from overseas suppliers and ship from their warehouses (mainly China) by tracked post.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items for a refund or exchange. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us a photo and we'll replace or refund it, postage on us. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
How do I wash my throw?
Our cotton waffle throw is machine washable on a gentle cold cycle. Check the care notes on each product page, and line dry in the shade.
What size slippers should I order?
Check the size guide and the measurements on each product page. If you're between sizes, size up for a roomier fit.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are sent by email and never expire.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout. We never put prices in the parcel.
