Change of mind

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, slippers and socks must be unworn (trying them on indoors is fine). Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.

How to return

1. Email hello@hushandhearth.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back before we reply.
3. Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo and we'll offer a repair, replacement or refund, and cover the postage. This applies regardless of the 30-day change-of-mind window.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
